Access to Registered Customer Services is password controlled to protect the proprietary information of every user. To ensure that only authorized users are given access to the password, Ambassador requires every client sign a Nondisclosure Agreement. Key features of Ambassador's website permit each client to:

• Browse Ambassador's database of over 2.5 million book titles and over 500,000 video titles. Our database is updated with 3,000 to 5,000 new products each month.
• Place orders on line from titles included in our database or others.
• Automatically e-mail the assigned account representative to expedite, claim, or cancel orders.
• Verify shipping status, including date of shipment and invoice/packing list number.
• Download reports of outstanding and/or completed orders, that can be sorted by purchase order number, title, author, or ISBN.
• Confirm account balances and download invoices and statements.
